Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using buynflow.com. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

BuyNFlow operates buynflow.com, an online retail store selling a curated selection of products. For any enquiries, contact us at support@buynflow.com.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are a resident of the United Kingdom
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual item
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

4. Orders

When you place an order on buynflow.com:

  • You are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s)
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
  • Order confirmation via email does not constitute final acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Shopify Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay

All payments are processed securely. BuyNFlow does not store your card details.

6. Subscription Orders

Some products on buynflow.com are available on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription, you expressly agree to the following:

6.1 What a Subscription Means

A subscription is a recurring purchase agreement. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you authorise BuyNFlow to automatically charge your payment method at the agreed frequency (weekly, monthly, or as stated at checkout) until you cancel.

6.2 Subscription Confirmation

Upon subscribing, you will receive:

  • An immediate order confirmation email clearly stating you have purchased a subscription
  • The subscription frequency and amount of each recurring charge
  • Your next scheduled billing and dispatch date
  • Clear instructions on how to cancel or manage your subscription

It is your responsibility to read this confirmation email carefully.

6.3 Pre-Renewal Reminder

We will send you a reminder email at least 3 days before each subscription renewal. This email will include:

  • The date of your next charge
  • The amount to be charged
  • A direct link to cancel or pause your subscription before the renewal date

6.4 Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account portal at buynflow.com
  • By emailing support@buynflow.com

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will take effect from the following billing cycle.

6.5 Refunds on Subscription Renewals

Once a subscription renewal has been processed and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund for that cycle, as the goods will already be in preparation or transit. This is consistent with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right of cancellation does not apply to goods that have been dispatched.

However, if you did not receive a pre-renewal reminder email or your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@buynflow.com and we will do our best to cancel and refund that cycle.

6.6 Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these subscription terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. In particular:

  • Your initial order carries a 14-day right of cancellation from the date of receipt
  • If any product arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund regardless of subscription status

6.7 Subscription Transparency at Checkout

BuyNFlow is committed to making subscription terms clear at every stage. At checkout, subscription products are clearly labelled with:

  • The word "Subscription" prominently displayed
  • The recurring charge amount and frequency
  • A mandatory checkbox confirming you understand you are entering a recurring billing agreement

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom
  • Estimated delivery times are 4-14 business days from order confirmation
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • BuyNFlow is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service and complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on buynflow.com, including logos, images, text and design, is the property of BuyNFlow and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, BuyNFlow shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profit or revenue
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control
  • Any loss arising from your use of third-party services or links

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.

12. Governing Law
