Where Do We Ship?

BuyNFlow currently ships to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Where Do My Orders Ship From?

Our products are fulfilled by our trusted supply partners and ship directly from their warehouses. Delivery times reflect international shipping to the UK.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, peak seasons, or courier circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by visiting buynflow.com and logging into your account.

Customs & Import Duties

As our products ship internationally, orders may be subject to customs inspection. BuyNFlow is not responsible for any customs delays. Under the UK-China trade agreement, most everyday consumer goods are not subject to additional import duties for personal use, however this may vary by product.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@buynflow.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. BuyNFlow cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us at support@buynflow.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
