REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At BuyNFlow, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@buynflow.com with your order number and intention to return.

Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened (e.g. skincare, underwear)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@buynflow.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect: BuyNFlow covers return shipping costs
  • If you are returning for personal reasons (change of mind): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@buynflow.com.
